Technical Specs:
  • TO APPLY MK TILE KLEANâ„¢ YOU WILL NEED:
  • 1. MK Tile Kleanâ„¢.
  • 2. Floor Buffer (175-350 RPM). Water tank and splash guard are optional.
  • Note: Heavier buffer will give you a quicker and better polish.
  • Optimum weight 135 lbs.
  • 3. One natural hair pad, one white buffing pad.
  • 4. Wet vacuum, clean mop, bucket wringer, and floor squeegee.




Directions:
NOTE: If tiles and baseboards should have wax to be removed use MK Strip Kleanâ„¢ to effectively strip wax or sealer from tile surface prior to use of MK Tile Kleanâ„¢. For very old or dirty floors, scrub the floor and grout with MK Tile and Grout Kleanâ„¢ using a scrub brush. (See instructions on product container)
  1. Cover the baseboards, carpet, etc.with protective plastic and/or tape.
  2. Wet a 25 sq. ft. area of the tile. Sprinkle (5oz. / 25 sq. ft.) of the MK Tile Kleanâ„¢ on wet area.
  3. Buff the MK Tile Kleanâ„¢ slurry with a natural hair pad for about 10 minutes per 25 sq. ft. area.
  4. Squeegee the MK Tile Kleanâ„¢ slurry to the adjacent area and repeat the process. Use MK Tile Kleanâ„¢ and water as needed
  5. Vacuum dry the MK Tile Kleanâ„¢ mixture. Wet the honed area again and buff with the same pad without adding more MK Tile Kleanâ„¢.
  6. For very dirty grout joints, scrub the grout and tile with MK Tile & Grout Kleanâ„¢ solution and a scrub brush to clean the grout and remove the excess residue at the same time.
  7. Buff dry with a white pad to remove any leftover residue. If needed, polish the tile with MK Tile Gleamâ„¢. (See instructions on product container.)
CAUTION: The use of gloves & protective clothing is recommended when using MK Tile & Grout Kleanâ„¢.
